"This is my 6th visit to Rome, but the first time I've stayed in the Navona area - it was fabulous! The property was immaculate and there were so many little touches: toothbrush and paste, mini bar filled with water and fruit juices every day, a selection of tea and coffee with kettle, slippers, toiletries, immaculate white towels changed every day and LOADS of coat hangers - which is always welcome! "The room was spacious with high ceilings. It was a very large space, expecially in a city center. The hotel was conveniently located to several attractions. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of. "

"The location is very accessible to all the places I wanted to visit such as St. Peter’s Square, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and a lot more. Valeria and the staff are so easy to deal with as they are friendly, accommodating and readily available when needed. There was a minor issue upon our check in but Valeria was quick to remedy the situation. The facilities are clean and relaxing. Overall, it made our stay in Rome more enjoyable and memorable."
