"The location was great and the staff were wonderful! The room, and bathroom were tiny but very clean. It would have been nice if we were advised about the tourism levy and disappointing that we were charged an amount for late check in. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Entrance is not great and area around lift is not good but once you get to reception it is clean and welcoming. "

"The hotel was great and the air conditioning was better than all of the other places we stayed—it seems to be a thing in Italy that they restrict the air conditioning at night and this seemed to occur at our hotel (we had it at 19 Celsius around 65 Fahrenheit and it definitely felt warmer than 70 Fahrenheit) however I am still rating it a 5 because it seems to be a country wide thing and it was the least restricted here of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, however I do wish hotels would disclose this to their guests especially when they are tourist oriented."
