"The apartment is close to one of the ferry stops (St Angelo) which is convenient. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to restaurants and shops. There are NO ELEVATOR although it’s in the picture. The WiFi was so bad. Getting the keys was so inconvenient. We took the water boat to St Angelo, while the other person waited with the suitcase, I walked to the pick-up location and back. It takes 15min if you take the boat (single ride €9.50) to get across or 30min if you go...

"It's a nice apartment 3 minutes walk to St Mark's Square. A few minutes walk to Rialto station. Aloft of good food and shop nearby. It's just a little hot . They set the aircon to 25 so I called them they send a tech to set the temp but they set it it to 23.5 even I told them I want 19 degrees. One of the bathroom floor always has a moist even after I change the temp multiple times."

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"There is good and bad and unfortunately, the bad is REALLY BAD. First the good: This room is in a great location. It close to the water bus station and some great cafes and reaturants. The bad: The bathroom is small to the point that it's barely unable. The bathroom window wonyl close all the way so mosquitos can come into the room (in Venice, there are A LOT of mosquitoes because of the water). We were getting bit more in our room then when we were expiring Venice. There is fridge in the main...
