"The room was very clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable. Towels and washcloths very clean and nice. The amenities in my room included a refrigerator, microwave oven and full-size coffee pot. Location was not far from UCSB or the Pier. Staff was very friendly."

"First time stay. The property is newly renovated in the old Santa Barbara Spanish style, Our room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast. Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
"clean room good staff. The toilets are extremely low to the ground. No elevator to rooms. They do not always have parking at night and the neighborhood is a little scary to walk around if you have to park off site. They also only clean the room every 3 days."
