Khách sạn Santa Clara La Laguna

"Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Had a small issue with the staff charging more at check-in but they quickly corrected it. Other than that, the staff and location were great. The only other small suggestion would be to improve the ac in the rooms. There is ac in the rooms but it doesn’t work well."

"Beautiful property, spectacular room, and amazing views! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The only suggestion we have is to improve the interior entrance area of the property to make it more inviting and attractive, perhaps by adding more plants and flowers and removal of old furniture right at the entrance. A nice bench near the entrance would also be a great addition for guests waiting for transportation. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and had a...

"I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back."

"Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good."

"Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good."

"La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable"

"Le personnel est tres serviable, et à l'écoute par contre ils n'ont pas les meilleurs plan pour les services de transports. Chambre de confort moyen"

"Everything was so BEAUTIFUL! the staff extremely helpful, the food was excellent, and extremely clean place."

"Very beautiful property, but the town is a little strange. The staff was lovely, food was great. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first room was not my favorite because it’s a hut with walls. There were opening in the top which made it easy for bugs to get in. The second room was fully closed off . Beware there are a lot of bugs n the rooms that were partially open at the top. Also dogs bark in this town a lot."

"Mejorar atención en restaurante"

"Bueno para hospedarse en pareja jóvenes por las escaleras. Tienen un jacuzzi y sauna muy especial."

"Our stay at Hotel Taa' Tiin was lovely. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hosts were warm and friendly, and the delicious breakfast each morning was a treat. The location is ideal—just a short, easy walk to San Juan's beautiful, colorful umbrella and coffee streets. We also tried the traditional Temazcal on the property, which was an exceptionally relaxing and refreshing experience."

"Muy buena ubicación y buenos precios"

"Marcela fue muy amable. Gracias"

"Beautiful place with a great view of the lake and a peaceful vibe."

"Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning."

"Empresa familiar, gente muy trabajadora, le falta mantenimiento y jardinización, debe mejorar servicio de recepción y que la señora que canta coros evangélicos se abstenga de hacerlo."
