"The hotel was super clean and Christina who was there during my 4 nights stay, was the kindest and most helpful ever. They offer free water, free coffee and plenty of snacks all at no charge. She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel."

"A hotel that’s emerging. Brand nee and still some amenities in the works nevertheless the roos are brand new, beds are excellent and amenities great. They are still working on it but is well located and it will be one to keep in your repertoire when visiting Rome."

"Stefano was a great host and very accommodating. We appreciated the effort he took to greet us and make sure we were comfortable. It’s a great location with lots around. Walking distance to the train station, colosseum and Trevi fountain. The only thing that could be improved is we found the air conditioning was not very strong. But overall we were very happy with our stay."

"The hotel staff provide free water with 1,5L bottles which was immensely helpful. They are very communicative on WhatsApp as well. The property itself was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had great amenities. I would highly recommend this to any group of 2 or less people."

Check in was inexcusably messy and I note that other guests had similar complaints. It took me 30 minutes to even get an answer to the door while standing outside on the street in 95 degree heat. Not an auspicious start. Couldn’t find my reservation and because this is not a hotel—which is not clear on Expedia—but an unstaffed guest house, there was no one there to...
