"Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

"We liked the lake view and sat on the balcony each day watching the ships and the swans. As far as the room was concerned there was no AC just a fan. The lights were difficult to manage. The bathroom and the toilet were dingy and the reading light on one side had fallen off. The coffee machine was welcome for me except housekeeping forgot to refill the box with coffee and milk and the night staff had to run around looking for them. "Stayed 1 night in May 2026. Location was ok - we took bus from train station to Casino-Palace stop and then walked the remainder. Hotel is located up hill and could be difficult to access by foot with heavy luggage. Room was a good size and had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and city. No air conditioning, but with windows open and using provided fan, we were comfortable. Would have preferred to receive Lucerne visitor pass prior to check in so we could have used it for the bus ride...
