We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. When I became concerned about missing my train, and a taxi was going to take too long to arrive, Tony took me to the train station himself--talk about going the extra mile! Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland.
