"This is a very unique property that does many things well, but still has room for some improvements.
Pros:
Incredible interior design. Every space is beautifully done, very unique with high end finishes and makes you feel like you’ve gone back in time.
Food and drinks are delicious at all spots.
Staff is very kind and as helpful.
Valet parking was easy and they got our car relatively fast even during busy times

"Lets be honest, this is a motel turned into a hotel. First off, room smelled like mildew as soon as I entered. The floor was dirty. I could feel the dirt under my feet and really noticed when i got into the shower. The AC barely worked. The AC unit was held together with actual duct tape! The front door barely closed. I would not recommend staying here and wont ever be staying at a Ramada by Wyndham ever again. "

"Our stay was short. Hotels location was ideal, and staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great, and helped with our early starts in the morning. Our room was okay. The comforter had an odd scent, and could have just been from the cleaning products used to sanitize the room.
Overall a good stay, and was comfortable for the short duration we were there."

"The ONLY reason we selected this hotel, my wife had an early, 6:30 am flight from San Diego to Missouri. The hotel web site said free shuttle service to the airport. When my wife checked in, the front desk said they haven't had the airport shuttle for several years???? Why didn't they update the website?

"This place was amazing! The experience. The amenities. The shower!!! But why 3 stars! It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the ground! The bed was insanely hard! Hello back pain. Geez. "Great location, everything was great except 1 thing. We paid for a bay view with balcony. Turns out my room had a partial bay view. It should not be advertised as a bay view when literally I had a partial bay view with left side partial bay view and the right side was the roof top of a building. I did call to let them know I wasn't happy and was credited $80 at least it covered the breakfast with was $90.
Besides false advertisement everything else was good."
