"Clean rooms and amazing place to stay"

"The hotel is quite nice and conveniently located. Parking is complimentary. However, I had a very disappointing check-in experience because: • I had received a confirmation number from the hotel. • The hotel rejected the credit card I had used to make the reservation without informing me in advance. • I provided four additional credit cards, but none of them was accepted. • Cash payment was not accepted either. "Descent clean room for a low price. Fast food within walking. Local restaurants are a short drive. Ample parking. Gasoline is close. Freeway close. No pool. Good enough for a guy. Not a family place in that some guests can be a little rough around the edges."

"Liked the parking setup. Didn’t like how few seats they had at breakfast"

"The staff was excellent"

"There was some brownish reddish liquid drippy rusty something from the bathtubs, and while flatiron it my hair, some water dropped from the ceiling. I was afraid I md get electrocuted. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. They even brought me a crib."

"I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful."
