"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"Great value deal. Close to the centre of the city. Easy access to public transportation. Large room with windows. Not very clean but it is acceptable. Seperated toilet and shower. Nice and helpful staff. But please be aware to bring yourself a kettle and a cup with you. The room does not offer any of these."

"For the most part the staff were very helpful. I didn't the service received at the front desk/Reception area. I feel since they the first line of service at the hotel, it sets the tone of one's stay at the hotel. Unfortunately as result of that, I have no intentions of returning to the hotel."

"Arrived at airport train station. Taxi wouldnt take is including my elderly mother as it was too close !!! Excellent access from terminal 2 arrivals. To get there from station however took us 30 mins to walk through the sky tunnel as only one travelator working. . No directional signage in airport for this hotel. No info on Expedia booking info either. Once at hotel very clean and nice. Receptionist polite and helpful but kept looking at screen even when i was greeted. No mention of where to go...

"Clean room liked the idea of two duvets on the bed, all the staff we came in contact with were extremely polite. Good breakfast plenty of choices, I requested veggie/vegan sausage and it was we're freshly cooked for me. Unlimited teas and coffee available during the stay. Would definitely stay again. "
