"Great breakfast choices, comfortable rooms and walking distance to places and rail"

"The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside! "

"The place is small but it’s all you need if you’re looking for a place to sleep after being out all day. Staff are friendly and location was convenient "

"This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property. The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning. The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in. I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!"

"The room was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the upper floors was simply unbeatable. Even on a cloudy day, it carried a poetic charm of its own. Breakfast was both abundant and delicious—a perfect pairing with the Tokyo Skytree in sight. This was my second stay, and once again, I’m beyond satisfied—120,000% happy!"
