"The hotel was great. We will be staying there in the near future. The breakfast great. Rooms was very clean. Staff very polite, kind. Our grand daughter love the water park. Thank you so much making us feel welcome. We have to return the Kansas City in the near future and we will be booking at this location again. Liberty /Kansas City on N. Church Rd. "

"Computers were down, so stood at the front desk for 20 minutes listening to the maintenance guy argue with his friends about oweing them money. We were very uncomfortable. We had reserved a suite and after all the waiting were given a “micro” room. Tiny triangle shaped bathroom. Room was only average in cleanliness, bed was comfy, shower water came out in a trickle. Breakfast was packaged breakfast sandwiches."

"No hot water, power kept going out in my room, cheap cardio machine in workout room and had a five night stay and had to ask the front desk three times to have my room serviced. Overall not booking with best western again !"

"Wow - this is quite the building. The history is an amazing story and the relics they have on display are fascinating. Make sure that you find George the Skeleton. Rooms are huge and super comfortable. "

"Nice clean room. As soon as you entered you could smell the cleanliness. Plenty of towels. Quiet, didn’t hear any noise in the hallway. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Definitely would stay here again."

"For a budget hotel, this was a great experience. The desk clerk Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was perfect and the room rate was about half of the room rated for the two hotels (Home2 and Best Western) on either side of this one. The workout room was well-cooled and had a treadmill, an exercise bike, a lot of free weights, and a multi-purpose weight machine. My room was clean and did not have an overpowering smell of cleaning products as some hotel chains do. The towels were thicker than many budget hotels. The halls and elevator were clean."

"Hotels.com Where you aware that this place was newly built and my reservation were for May 9th arrive and May 10th depart. Big surprise folks this place will not open until May 12 2026 SO I had to scramble to get moved to Home 2 by Hilton just down the road and what gets me today is the 10th and you folks don't even know you had a problem I'd get this problem solved that has to do with your bookings I gave you a 3 on everything because I couldn't comment or judge this Place Alan Johnson"
