My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom ...

Great spacious room. Well lit. Work space useable. Stayed in the Premier tower. Breakfast included. Continuous refreshment and late afternoon cocktails and snacks…that substitute for a light dinner(!)
