"Great location "

"The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit "

"Airport shuttle great , friendly picks you up pretty quick from the airport once you call . Hsve used them 3 times so far Easy Off and easy on interstate 94"

"There was no free breakfast. They over charge at their restaurant. It’s also under construction and they start at 8am-9am all the way til 6pm. Also $4 for a bottle of water. They charge $2.50 for a small cup of coffee that you get free in your room "

The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay...

"I got to this hotel a little late and tried to check-in the receptionist told me I would need to put down a deposit which I don't have a problem with however. But I did have a problem with. Is the deposit had to be in cash of $100? Who carries cash with them in this day and age. So I ask her why can't I put it on my credit card that I'm checking in with. She said no.
