"Staff"

"Having used The Crown and Cushion for many years sadly it has definitely declined. It looks pretty shabby. Our room was not made up on day two of our visit. No replacement toilet rolls or tea and milk. Having informed the kitchen that we were gluten intolerant on arrival there was no gf bread or sausages available for breakfast. Dogs seem to have moved into the premises and were in the kitchen. Unfortunately we will not be returning."

"Words fail me. Enough said."

"Clean, staff great, breakfasts a great choice"

"Cosy, warm room with very comfortable bed. Fresh milk and a coffee percolator as well as a kettle were a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would use the pub again if we were in the area. Very attractive pub downstairs."

"Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!"

"The room was spacious, and the mattress comfortable. The room was freezing cold, and I didn't get to speak with anyone to get heating. The duvet is very thin, so it was a cold stay. Also the shower wasn't great. Good water pressure mostly, but it did drop so the shower was more of a trickle than a shower. Plus, the shower wasn't all that clean- dusty and water marked."

"Very peaceful"

"Easy to get out and about, wonderful hosts great value for money"

"Super easy check in and out. Very nice staff and a great place to stay!"

"Absolutely fantastic stay in a lovely cosy pub. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing add to this the fantastic food and atmosphere and it all adds up to a memorable stay. We will be back again."

"A fantastic stay with our dog with easy access to Virginia Water. The staff were excellent and super helpful."

"Absolutely lovely staff, food, drinks and room! We will be back again next year!"
