"First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. Some of the towels were old(yellowed) worn with small holes, fraying, and rough against your skin. I asked for more. Most notably, there were several questionable characters standing by the check in desk and the check in lady mentioned several times VERY loudly our rm number which is unsafe and very unprofessional.
