"Very good location, right beside the Hay Square and Consert Hall. Friendly and helpful staff, really great breakfast. Nice bar area to hang-out in with couches and terrace. Rooms without windows go completely dark when light is off and are very quiet. Bathroom walls are made of glass, which some guests found unusual."
