"Obvious water damage in our bathroom. Door and vanity were never been replaced and ceiling was in very poor shape. Also, the dresser door was in need of repair. But it appears that the cleaning staff do a fairly good job. Our bed was comfortable and our dinner at the Berkeley Boathouse was very good and our waitress was attentive."

Being within walking distance of Oracle Park was a huge plus, and it made exploring the area so much more enjoyable. There were also plenty of other tourist spots nearby, which made it simple to see and do a lot without needing transportation. Overall, the location made the whole trip feel smooth and stress-free."
