"Property was super clean room is super clean. We seen a manatee within 10 minutes of being here and other wildlife and Tarpon we liked it so much we even added on an extra day."

"The room and dining were very good. Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good."

"Inexpensive location to stay in Marathon. The room was cozy with air conditioning, and a living room with a table, kitchen, tv, and couch. No front desk but we were able to check in ahead of schedule. Quick drive to the middle of the Key where there were most of the restaurants. There was a bar walking distance. View of 7 mile bridge from property and Isla Market right down the street."

"Beautiful resort but it does need new mattresses and pillows, they are worn out and uncomfortable. The bathroom could use upgrades as well( tile, toilet ). This was our second stay and we will be back for the atmosphere and views!!"

"My husband and I stayed for 5 nights (in Room 7) in late June. We really loved the resort and Marathon. It is as pictured, charming and well kept. Very old Florida. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats. The room (#7) itself had a great ocean view, small patio, good bed, big closet and location (right by the pool). A/C excellent! "Our room was not ready at check in time. Explanation was we are very busy. As a guest, that’s not an explanation you want to hear. Room was ready 1/2 hour later and we were given a voucher for our inconvenience. The breakfast was very subpar."

"So, the host and the office was not there/open the entire week we were there. However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly. They cleaned every single day beautifully and provided recommendations even if we originally needed some help with Google translate. Love y'all. We will definitely be back."

"This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel."
