"Carpeting needed cleaning in the room. Old furniture. Beds much too low to the floor. For a handicapped room. Phone stopped working. Restaurant was not a restaurant it was bar food in the lounge. Buffet for breakfast was OK. Staff was helpful in the buffet staff at the bar was helpful also. "

"Convenient if you are seeing a concert at Pechanga Arena. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Homeless in the parking lot. Rude staff. Booked a king bed and was given 2 queens. Parking is an additional $20. The sink is in the main bedroom so if you are getting ready to leave the lights need to be on. The elevator service had expired 2 years ago. "

"Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only real issue was parking. Though, Chris was awesome to offer us his spot and thankfully we found a spot.
Second amazing piece. I left my toiletries in the room and Chris looked into it and was able to get them shipped to me which was awesome.

"I had a very pleasant stay overall, mainly due to the great customer service. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
The shuttle service was a major plus, as they were very flexible with airport timing and even drove guests to other locations around town such as the Marine Base nearby. They were also very helpful in holding my suitcases for the day after checkout. The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean, and the breakfast was very nice.
