"Decent price close to the beach walking distance, but if you don’t mind driving like 30 minutes to Santa Barbara then you will be fine. Many nearby store and places to eat from fast food and decent dining places. Rooms clean but carpet can be removed and put tile or flooring for a cleaner and modern look."
