"The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, and great shower. It was very plain white with minimal decoration. No air conditioning, but a good floor fan that kept us sufficiently comfortable. "Expedia and Google say the hotel has AC however it does not! Bed was firm, we had a small rotating fan, and frankly it was difficult to sleep. Large bathtub, but no standing shower. Overall cute little place, but far away from frequent bus stops if traveling to Oxford and the lack of AC, although other sites say it has it, were the biggest letdowns. Nice bar scene in the evening though! Staff was friendly and food and drinks were on point!"

"Delightful accommodation in a beautiful village pub. As a family of three, we stayed in the Superior Suite, Room 4. Our window view was a charming old church. Room/linen was spotless, towels were hotel quality, powerful shower, comfy beds, amazing cooked breakfast and kind hosts. No pub noise and we stayed on a Fri and Sat night. It's very quiet.
