"Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...

"From beginning to end the staff were amazing and helpful and kind. Our housekeeper on our floor (room 423) was the best and always so helpful and kind! We utilized the gym that had a yoga area with mats, stretching blocks, exercise balls and medicine balls. then a water station with towels and cups plus weights, benches, pulleys, treadmills and bikes. We also used the basketball court and enjoyed the cafe. Our stay was worth it and most likely will be our go-to whenever coming back."

"We stayed for 4 nights and the room keys expire on a daily basis. I’m not sure why they can’t authorize them to work for the full stay.
The shower heads are not maintained well at all, calcium deposits were crusted all over them. I would recommend cleaning them with vinegar and a toothbrush every so often.
The shower drain was filled with hair that we had to pull out to prevent it from overflowing. They play some kind of very loud music every night until like 2-3am so good luck sleeping...
