"My family and I stayed at the Golden Nugget for 3 nights. The front desk staff were very nice! We paid an extra $22 to check in a bit earlier which wasn’t that bad:) We had fun at the pool and the casino. The casino staff were very nice too! We stayed at a room where we could see the lake and it was such a beautiful view! The ice machine worked in our room which was great! Everything was good the only little thing that my mom didn’t like was the smell of cigarettes that we would smell at night....

"The stay was good except for toilet leaking near the base and when checking out I had to request my 50% off parking after confirming when checking in. This is the second time staying here that they didn’t want to originally honor the 1/2 off. Then we were stuck at the exit gate for 15 minutes because their room key exit didn’t work. We had a great stay until the last 20 minutes. "

"The property is older but has been very well maintained. The room was impeccably clean, no smells or odors, everything was nice and not worn or sketchy. The place in incredibly quiet!! We barely heard any indication that there was anyone else staying there. The mattress was firm but comfortable. No complaints about the room. The down side, maybe, was the area surrounding the buildings was....old. Could use a little TLC. The "lake view" is quite limited but there is a lovely park less than 5 min...

"Would most definitely stay here again, the rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has some great extras that we didn’t know about, tea and coffee in the morning and s'mores over the fire pits in the evening. Free private beach access and lovely social area. The location is great too and plenty of on site parking."

"This place was walkable to dining and shopping. Simple rooms that were clean with everything ya need. Great location a block from the main drag. Live music nightly in a center courtyard. Beer pub on site. Corn hole and ping pong tables. Would stay here again. "
