"First of first, when I went to check in my room,the lady( she said she will get off at 3pm)in the reception did not sound welcomed and friendly. She was mean. I think she could have say it in a better way although there was no room available to check in at that time. Second, only her charged me a bottle of water, but when I asked the two other receptionist, they seems easy going and said you can just take it. I wouldn’t want to come back to this hotel again and definitely would not recommend it...
