"Dining reservations highly recommended. Hard to find chairs if you are not an early bird. Pool area really crowded unless you reserve the private section. We did and enjoyed it, but of course it’s extra."

"Great place to stay before a Disney Cruise. We were in the East Villas not the tower and the room was great, Disney transport was easy. We ate dinner at the pool bar and the food was excellent. We didn’t use the pool, but it was beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again."

"We had an overall nice stay, some of the staff was great! We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great."
