"Lobby area was nice, but my rooms shower still had an open bar of soap in there so clearly was not cleaned. When I called to for more coffee pods took hours and when I called to ask for a later check out before I could finish she said sorry we’re at capacity. The rooftop cabana area that’s in all the photos was fully closed."

"safe area, nice staff, great clean room with a little balcony - easy walk right to the summit across the street, found Ethos, a cute Greek Bistro restaurant five minutes from the hotel with outside sitting. This was a low key easy trip."

"Room was clean but very tight, especially bathroom. Soap dispensers very difficult to get soap out of holder(like they don’t want you to use too much). Beautiful location, right across of park and beach. Great restaurants along Ocean Dr. Enjoyed the free bicycle rentals. "

"The front desk gentlemen was truly a blessing in disguise. He was so sweet. Little did he know that I needed this little staycation and just as positivity and generosity made my night a lot more special. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out. But I’m sure hard rock can find that out."
