Great friendly staff, no problems. Solid place to stay with nice breakfast included. Staff makes extra effort to be friendly and responsive. Facilities are older, but clean sheets and towels. Can’t beat the value. Would stay here again.

Best Western Coach House
Cheaper hotel so not expecting a lot. The smell was better than the last night’s hotel. Looking forward to seeing what breakfast will be like.

Plaza Inn Springfield
The lady at the front desk was engaging and very friendly. The room was very clean. Not enough outlets. The location was good, easy access to I-44. Definitely a place I will stay at when I am passing through for the night.
