"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "

The bed was extremely comfy and best nights sleep I have had in a long while. The breakfast was delicious and well priced..best sausages ever! Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend."

"We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We stayed with our new born and we were greeted with a lovely baby towel, wash and cot upon our arrival to the room. Our stay was peaceful and just how we wanted to see in our new year. Staff allowed us to order a local takeaway and eat in our room & provided cutlery when the food arrived. Breakfast was amazing and included various options. "

"Didn’t have breakfast, but if the standard of food is everything like the evening meal we had it would be excellent.. it was really cold on the night we stayed but the entire building was cozy. We could adjust our room temperature which was ideal. Could not fault anything"

"The view was Great and quiet but attention to details was lacking as regards cleaning like inside water closet and changing of bed cover. No much variety for breakfast, I stayed nine nights and I kept on seeing the same items."
