"The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! "

"It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay."

"Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-"

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

"Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."

Thought the bad reviews were an exaggeration but they’re not. Stay elsewhere. "

"Checked in into a dirty room floors were not mopped restroom as well shower was not even scrubbed had stains got a none smoking room and it stank like cigarette fridge was stained dirty and had food in it microwave was dirty as well still had stains and popcorns in it had to but my own bed liners cause the hotels were stained bad Staff was alright got the room cleaned 2 days later"

"They lied about having breakfast. It was a single honey bun. The heater did not work. They did not return my 40 dollar security deposit and gave no reason. There are hobos living in the parking lot. "
