"Parking was limited but luckily got a space, a bit of a faff to sort but explained really well. Room needs some modifying, bathroom ceiling was quite bad, skirting board falling off in bathroom and the flush was hard. "

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."

"This is a charming hotel with a lovely view of the river, the weir and green fields and hills. The working water wheel is especially appealing. Very peaceful and quiet, but only minutes from Bath City Centre, either walking or via convenient bus stops. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place to stay."

"Very good breakfast selection for both cooked and continental style breakfast choices, including non dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed, with adjustable air-con and openable window, with a very good television, including iplayer and Freeview selection. Room well supplied with powerpoints, including integrated USB charge sockets. Only slight disappointments were no hairdryer in the room and a £5 per day parking charge, payable by app. The staff...

"The room was clean and the breakfast was buffet style (hot and cold) with an abundance of choice. Tea, coffee and a choice of juices were available. Check out was a simple key drop."
