"The rooms were clean, and most staff were friendly. One concierge was fairly rude and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. There was no information provided on any breakfast offerings, and they charge an exorbitant amount for parking. I normally love Marriott, but this one was disappointing."

I spent over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue for her to finally find the reservation showing 2 rooms. I ended up only having access to my room for 4 hours due to her incompetence. And I was told that my room was not cleaned because I didn’t let staff know that I wanted my room to be cleaned.,I was not told by staff that I had to notify Staff or Housekeeping. I was out the whole day and can b to a dirty room. I’m not happy about this situation."
