I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. ...

21C Museum Hotel St Louis
Overall a great hotel, nice location, easy valet. It was inconvenient that an elevator was down, we waited for 5 cycles to run before we were able to get to the lobby around breakfast.

Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis
Great hotel for the hockey tournament... very nice staff... great location. The air quality was poor nearing the casino and awful inside... otherwise a great stay

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Very nice properties and rooms. Downtown St Louis has no little shops nearby and no transit. But cool location next to the arch. Restaurants have very slow service
