Staff was super courteous. There was an unexpected $100 incidental fee “held” on my account until after our stay. There was absolutely no parking available near the hotel, and the hotels Valet garage is $55/day which was kind of shocking. The room itself was fine, breakfast was average, no complaints. ...

When we got there at 1 am to check in I had to wait for someone to let me in even though I called as I was parking to ensure someone was there. She seemed annoyed and hardly said a word. We then go up to our room and all of the bedding is rolled up on the bed/dirty. I go back down and no apology ...
