Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par.

Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
An event was occurring in the ballroom right above our room. It was after 9 pm and the room was bouncing and creaking with the dancing and hopping up and down, enough to feel like motion sickness. 21C Museum Hotel St Louis
We were here on a "mini moon" after our wedding ceremony. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, there was a light in the room (in the cubby above the coffee machine) that did not seem to have a switch (so it stayed on all night - thank goodness I brought a mask to sleep), and some kind of alarm above ...
