"The property was not as described and did not look like the pictures. Poor lighting, smell of smoke, carpet is very dirty, worn and frayed. Old, broken down and worn furniture in the rooms. Conditions there was deplorable."

"We had no air in our room called, they came and checked on it couldn't get it to stay. They had no other rooms available they did bring us fans but it was still bad. They offered no money back. They did offer us breakfast but I feel like that was already free... April Enlow"
