"On arrival no one at reception. Then greeting by a child. I was told when I booked the room that they would make sure there was additional bed. I wanted to leave my bags I. The room. The kid said that would be an additional £25. So we left the bags for free in another room. The hotel had a bad smell. Upon entering the room it looked nothing like the advertised room. It was dirty. Uncomfortable bed. Rust and overall unpleasant. Instead of a key card or a key for the room they give you a 9 digit...

"Excellent location, staff were amazing, attentive, willing to go above and beyond in terms of service, the room was lovely and clean. I would highly recommend. My only criticisms are that the soap in the shower was clearly watered down. Also it would have been helpful to have been notified that there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is cheaper (even once the hotel discount is added) but much closer than the recommended Q-Park one and you don’t have to book it online.
