"Good location, easy to find just off the M5 with a bus stop nearby for regular buses into the centre of Exeter - we went into the city for dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on reception. The hotel is fairly new and is very clean with fresh and airy decoration. The room was spacious, but very hot. The AC didn't really seem to do a lot. We checked in late and the evening receptionist was really helpful with giving us advice around parking and checked up in promptly. We were able to order a drink before heading to the room.
