"Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in. We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! "Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"

"The service of the staff is exquisite, downright perfect. The room itself is small, but cleverly done. Bear in mind these ancient townhouses are limited when it comes to space. But they are able to fit everything you need in the rooms, and even make it look fashionable. Many nice little perks. If you are like me and think the bathrooms are the most important part of a hotel room: you will give this a 1/5. "Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"
