"Would not recommend staying in the warm Summer months as there is no air conditioning and the cooling system doesn’t work well."

"Lovely staff we came across; check in staff, concierge, luggage facilities. The check in staff were particularly helpful and upgraded us to a studio room. The bed was really comfortable, the room quiet with excellent amenities. When we checked out the member of staff was particularly helpful looking to see if a travel card I had lost had been recorded as found on the system or in the back office. The night staff were more dismissive. Will definitely return."

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"Nice not having to use a booking number but just using your name. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent location for theatres and excellent restaurants. Very useful to be able to store your case before you actually book in and all day after you book out."

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind. Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am. Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing. Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."

"Excellent location and very friendly staff"

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London, a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Very comfortable room. The staff were super friendly and welcoming with the exception of the receptionist who took a long time to check us in and was offhand"

"Claro, aquí tienes la versión en inglés, manteniendo el tono elegante y equilibrado de la reseña: Spacious rooms and an excellent location My experience was good, especially because the room was very spacious and comfortable. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, minibar, and amenities for making coffee and tea, as well as cookies, which is a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to store and organize belongings, making it a...

"Room was quite noisy with the fan and when I turned it off, it was clicking too much."

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant . Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment. Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...

"Location was good for us. Happy to get an upgrade room. We didn’t have breakfast so cant comment."

"Great experience!"

"Great location, comfortable room. Nice bed linen and very comfortable bed."
