Khách sạn Stapleton

"I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!"

"Large bungalow style room with full disability access and wet room. Stylish. Comfy beds. Check in lady was friendly. Room was left open when we arrived but no electricity so had to go find someone. Bathroom bin had not been emptied but otherwise clean. Struggled to find someone serve us behind the bars. Breakfast was a little anaemic but good quality and tasty. Plenty of parking near the room Would stay again."

"Great place and host, would highly recommend"

"Generally poor room. Damp smells. Awful food. Not a great place to stay. I won’t go again…"

"All was great but follow up after booking to confirm all on your booking needswas correct."

"Lovely place. Would have liked to walk around the estate but theres no clear path through the golf course, or the staff couldnt show me on any map. Room, facilites, especially the spa and food all great though."

"Have stayed a number of times when visiting the area. Would highly recommend it"

"Best place for relaxing"

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange"

"Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome"

"Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor"

"Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. We ate in the restaurant one evening and paid premium prices for very poor food. The pizza appeared to have a shop-bought base and...

"The hotel had a 'run down' feeling and we were disappointed that there was no breakfast on offer."

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Room was clean and comfortable but starting to show signs of needing attention (worn through couch covers, split pillow case) the TV didnt want to turn on and there has been a downgrade in the bathroom amenities from the baylis & harding i loved. Parking was plentiful"

"The room was clean, staff were so helpful and welcoming, great value for what I paid for room. If in the area would have no hesitation in staying there again. Highly recommended."
