This hotel is such a hidden gem. The community areas are so nice, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The room even had heat lamps in the bathroom for when you get out of the shower - I’ve _never_ seen this in a hotel, let alone a budget one. My only complaint ...

Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe
Pool was out of commission. Room was clean-ish. Balcony was fun. We tried to cancel our second night because of a storm, but they wouldn't refund. That's the rate we signed up for, so not too big of a deal, just mildly annoying

Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe
Spent 3 nights here and would love to have stayed more! Very friendly staff (shout out to Regina), clean grounds, excellent location and pool/hot tub were a hit for whole family.
