Very old and historic area that has lots of restaurants and a few attractions. The W. Wilson Museum and home is worth a visit. The VA Scenic Railway excursion to the Shenandoah Valley is very nice.

Town has the classic old-timey feel we wanted. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday night making shopping and dining less optimal. We would have been happy to stay longer and appreciate Staunton more fully.

We recommend coffee at Crucible, a little afternoon snack and glass of beer or wine at the Green Room, and dinner from the Shack is a must!
