"I contacted the apartment as they asked for my ID off of the dedicated app they provide. They left me outside in the cold for over an hour, I called several times and was gas lit and lied to by the lady who said they were processing, bare in mind they have my ID and the deposit and I confirmed all details, they then emailed and I responded. I kept asking for an update, after calling 7 times a man answered and said there was an amenities issue and I would need to find elsewhere- an hour after...

"The apartment was fine, but I would argue it wasn't a 'cozy' stay. The kitchen and bathroom were appropriately equipped however the place could really do with some love. A mop and bucket left in the middle of the bathroom, panelling in the kitchen is chipped and scuffed.
During the warmest days of the Summer, it was difficult to sleep as it is a top floor apartment and the 2 fans are not enough to cool the room down at night. There is also very poor airflow throughout the apartment and the...

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing.
When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer komplett ohne Fenster im Nebenhaus des Hotels. Da war es leider auch sehr laut :( Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, nur man musste oft lange warten bis nachgefüllt wurde. Die Lage in Canary Wharf war cool und mal was anderes. Man hat sich sicher gefühlt! Das Zimmer wurde oft gereinigt."
