"Hotel was a beautifully decorated Victorian house with all period features intact. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked with a great variety of choices on the menu. "

"We had room 123 a lower atrium room, we moved to room 821, the lower room was not private,everyoy in the bar below could see straight into our room. Room 821 had a noisy AC that rattled and made a ticking noise all night, I reported it in the morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We didn't sleep well and the room was claustrophobic, the bathroom was cramped. We wouldn't stay again, unless we had no choice."

"Clean room, provided ironing board and iron also hairdryer. Ideal for short stay, good food at the restaurant, very reasonable prices and good sized portions also good gluten free choices. Would stay here again."

"One night stop before airport (about 30 minutes drive, even in morning rush-hour). Clean and comfortable but more functional than fancy. Easy parking. Ate a standard "pub-like" dinner in the bar / restaurant area. Breakfast was buffet style and better than expected. Most guests seemed to be single business travelers. Great value and perhaps 30% less than a hotel closer to the airport. Would stay again for the value."
