The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. "The location of the apartment is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, and has everything we need. The only thing we would recommend is the bathroom lighting. It is not good enough. "

"We really liked the property itself. The pool is amazing, and the bar area is nice. Staff is friendly. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the room. We originally booked a standard room. Upon arrival, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We asked the staff to please clean it while we were out for lunch. We came back two and a half hours later and it still was not clean. "Hotel Palace Royale is within walking distance to many attractions. The pool and hot tub are great for the end of the day soak after a long day of non stop walking. The check in was easy. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in to our room. The front staff was super helpful with suggestions of things to see and things to do. A couple of suggestions would maybe have robes in the rooms to curl up in or wear down to the pool and body lotion. Definitely would return. "
