"Great little stay, great amenities"

"Great place, often stay there"

"The Mason Arms is a wonderful place to stay in the Centre of Louth … parking easy 5 minutes walk … the rooms are spacious and bright lovely bed and bathroom breakfast fabulous we will Be back"

"Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service."

"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. "A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful."

"Absolutely beautiful house in a tranquil setting. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Fab hosts who were always on hand and checked if we were ok or needed anything. "

"Lovely food at the Adam and Eve"

"Really clean room. Boutique decor."

"Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend."

"Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast."

Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area...

"We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!"
