There were a few things that need attention in the room, like lights & the phone not working, but it was very clean & nicely furnished. The room had a king-size bed and A/C, which worked really well. "Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautifully decorated, spacious room, good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Bed large and comfortable. Really struggle to think of anything that I didn't like. Lots of little details that made it more pleasurable - such as the magnifying mirror, nice cosmetics, slippers, good coffee and tea, biscuits and crisps. 10 min walk from Euston Station and 20 min walk to Leicester Square - perfect for a night at the theatre.
