"Staff are lovely. Food was very yummy. The lemon cheesecake was to die for. I ate mine with a tea spoon ti make it last.
Would definitely stay again "
"This was perfect for a one night stay. At £78 per night I guess that’s a mid price range for pub accommodation. It was a lovely spacious, clean room.
My only criticism would be that the whole accommodation area would benefit from from some redecoration as it looked a little tired. "
"Stayed for one night in the one bedroom cottage. Clean, well appointed. Great shower. Really enjoyed the full English in the pub. Would re-book. Thank you "
"Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space."
