"It was our 3rd time staying here and we continue to like it a lot. Very conveniently located hotel. Rooms are decent size for NYC. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff does an amazing job of making sure all items are well stocked and guest tables cleaned and made available quickly. Hats off to them! "The hotel is located just one block from Empire State Building and opposite the Herald square. It gives very good accessibility to the public transit since there is a sub way just outside the hotel, which makes the hotel more considerable for everyone who decides to stay in the middle of the Manhattan city. I would recommend to book this hotel to everyone whoever needs an easy access to all the places. The hotel price gets very high if booked at the last minute but its still considerable if...

"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."

"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink. Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."

"I do 15 minutes from Times Square. There is a it is a very busy place down there elevators are a line up sometimes and I take you a while and also the will get busy at the breakfast in the morning but it's good food it's worth the wait other than that everything's good"
